He's been at the helm of the Tamworth Business Chamber for almost half a decade, but now Jye Segboer has stepped down.

Almost a decade of service in other positions is set to continue, as he settles on the board in a non-executive role.
Vice president Stephanie Cameron will step in to lead until the next board meeting.
Speaking to the Leader, Mr Segboer revealed the pride he held in the position was what prompted his decision to leave it.
"With our own business continuing to grow, I can't commit the time required, and that wouldn't be fair to the business community," he explained.
"I think the role requires probably around 15 to 25 hours a week to be able to support staff and support the business community to the full extent."
He took on the Pavillion Function Centre this week, the new addition complementing his slew of other businesses across town including CH Boutique Hotel, the Deco Wine Bar and recently acquired Hopscotch Cafe.
Elected as president in December 2016, Mr Segboer had stated his would be a tenure of doing things "differently than they'd been done before".
It's been a great journey, especially to have had a hand in all of those things that will be here in the future for the Tamworth business community.

"It's actually quite surprise reflecting back on all of the things you have done. Sometimes we tend to get caught in the day to day of everything," he laughed.
He is proud of his accomplishments with the chamber since then. The proudest achievement of all, alongside restarting the Taste Tamworth Festival, is restructuring the Quality Business Awards.
"We made it more transparent and gave businesses reports back from the judges to see the ways they could improve," he said.
"It was a real turning point and the thing I am most proud of."
Mr Segboer's advice to the next president is to always listen to the community, and always make yourself available.

"If you are able to offer that support, whoever it is will thrive in the role," he offered.
"It's been a great journey, especially to have had a hand in all of those things that will be here in the future for the Tamworth business community."
For now, Mr Segboer is looking forward to growing his business without the stress of added leadership responsibilities.
"It will be nice to be involved in the business community and attending events in general rather than dealing with the stresses that go along with coordinating them," he concluded.
