Kootingal-Moonbi, Tamworth City and 360 Scully Park swimming clubs sent swimmers away on the weekend to contest the NSW Country Regionals with great success.

The regionals are contested at three different areas and 360 Scully Park headed to Orange. Two 360 swimmers claimed medals with Bella Pollard bringing home four golds and one bronze while Chelsea Smith won a silver and a bronze.
Coach Simon Andren was "stoked" with the performance of all his swimmers.

"I'm really happy with how all the kids went," Andren said.
"They put in the time so they deserve the results."
At the same time, Kootingal and Tamworth City were swimming in Taree.
Kootingal-Moonbi had three swimmers medal with Jack Mitchell, who won a gold, a silver and two bronzes, leading the way.
Emily Deasey came home with two silvers and Thomas McDougall won a bronze.
"I'm ecstatic," Kootingal-Moonbi coach Graham Johnstone said.
"There was 74 swims for a total of 55 PBs.
"It was hot and sticky but it was a great hit out for the kids and they swam great."
For Tamworth City, Lily Androutsos, Ella Fittler, Eliza Griffiths, Laura Hall, Grace Milgate, Achille Monet, Augustin Monet, Clementine Monet, James Ryan, Marcus Ryan, Amelia Simm, Tilani Smith, Lily Stewart and Connor Wise all won medals.
"Some performances were close to national standard and there was lots of PBs. It was an amazing carnival for us in and outside of the pool," City coach Nicolas Monet said.
"There are no qualifying times for the short races so the young swimmers can experience an away team carnival - having dinner together and staying in the same hotel.
"And the older swimmers can share their knowledge and experiences with the younger swimmers."
