Cutmore listened intently and shook his head throughout sentencing on Tuesday for dealing 1911 ecstasy pills and caps to 65 people, as well as 1.45kg of cannabis to at least 50 people.
The now 24-year-old was exposed as one of the ringleaders involved in "the supply of MDMA and cocaine within the Imperial Hotel in Tamworth," Judge Jonathan Williams detailed in his judgement, handed down in Tamworth District Court.
He said Strike Force Heyward netted a number of people involved in drug dealing - many of whom were "drug users supporting their habit" and "for the most part they are living lives I would not wish on anyone".
"No grass castles, fast cars or extravagant lifestyles," Judge Williams said.

The court heard Cutmore sourced cannabis leaf from a "person known as Fox"; as well as four other suppliers. He also had several MDMA upline dealers.
In detailing the offending, the court heard Cutmore supplied one named witness with MDMA on five occasions, added himself to their Snapchat and boasted he had blue and "orange Donald Trumps" on offer. On another occasion, he told one customer he was "out of red bull" but had cocaine for sale.
Judge Williams said Cutmore aimed to get his dealers - 11 of who were named in court facts - to "sell as many pingers [sic] as they can".
"He pressured the dealers to buy more from him and sell more," he said.
Cutmore pleaded guilty to supplying a large commercial quantity of MDMA - a charge that saw him looking at life imprisonment; along with supplying an indictable quantity of cannabis leaf.
"Mr Cutmore's involvement in these supplies was extensive and involved many other persons," he said.
Appearing via video link from a prison cell, Cutmore was also sentenced for supplying MDMA to a child under 16; and supplying .2g of cocaine.
Cutmore has been behind bars since his arrest in a police sting in Muswellbrook on December 5, last year, when Oxley police caught him buying drugs.
There he was found with an ounce of MDMA in a plastic sandwich bag, and two tablets later fell from his body when he was strip-searched by police.
Judge Williams said Cutmore's family life was disrupted but it was one one that was "particularly unusual or difficult". He turned to alcohol and drugs after losing jobs, and injuries as a result of a car accident and a fall from a ladder.
When doing that stuff I was being a complete dick to people.
- Accused Corey Cutmore
In documents tendered on sentencing, Cutmore said: "I'm very sorry for my actions, I look back now and I was an idiot, it was no way acceptable".
"When doing that stuff I was being a complete dick to people," he wrote.
"I was ruthless back then doing that."
Judge Williams found Cutmore was a moderate risk of re-offending because of relapses, or lack of employment. His record involves convictions for larceny, driving and fraud offences, and was on a bond at the time he was dealing.
"[He was involved] in the large scale introduction of the drugs into not only Tamworth, but into Armidale," he said, and he could not ignore "the organisation involved and the harm to the community."
Cutmore was given a 25 per cent discount for his early guilty pleas, and was handed an aggregate sentence of four years with a non-parole period of two years and three months.
After time served, Cutmore will be eligible for parole in March 2022.
