A career as a professional rider would be ideal but the Year 12 student is planning for other outcomes, too.
Study and work are also on the radar as a major chapter of Deasey's life comes to a close.

His last Higher School Certificate (HSC) exam is on Thursday while his last rides in the juniors before he steps up into the under 23s came over the weekend.
Deasey was incredibly happy with how those last rides turned out in the under 19s age group.
The cyclist claimed a silver medal in the NSW Individual Time Trial Championships and a gold in the NSW Road Race Championships.
"I was happy with how I rode. Especially with how tough it was with not much racing because of corona [virus]," Deasey said.
"It was a good way to finish my last junior ride.
"Time trial is usually my strongest but I don't mind doing either of them.
Deasey added: "I was happy with my time trial. I felt like it was a good ride. I exhausted everything I could. There was just a better rider on the day."
Deasey is just happy to be riding competitively again after the sport was sidelined due to COVID-19.
Being able to catch up with his teammates from Rauland - who he has been with for roughly a year - also helped fuel his hunger for success.
"It's a good bunch of guys all pushing each other and we're all around the same age," Deasey said of the friendly rivalry between the teammates.
"We're from across all the states so it was good to see the boys again."
Deasey is now "super keen" to test himself in the under 23s age group but admits he was feeling the nerves as well.
"It's really daunting, especially with nationals and races like that," Deasey said.
"It's with guys three years older who are semi-professional and want to go pro.
"It's quite daunting but everyone goes through it. I'll just take it day by day."
After his final HSC exam, Deasey plans to study - most likely in the physiotherapy field - and work while he continues to train and chase his dream.
