Following the state government giving the green light for senior sport to resume from July 1, a draft draw has been sent out to all the clubs. NIF operations manager Toby McVey said they have until June 22 (next Monday) to review and provide feedback with the hope of releasing the final draw by Wednesday (June 24).
The proposed draw has a July 4 kick-off for the Northern Inland Premier Division, Namoi League and Tamworth seniors competition.
Replacing the Northern Inland Premier League, the new-look Premier Division competition will see Kootingal, Gunnedah FC, Quirindi FC, South United and Moore Creek stepping up to join existing premier league clubs Tamworth FC, Oxley Vale Attunga and North Companions.

They will play each other twice on a home-and-away basis, with a general bye for the October long weekend, and a two week finals series culminating in a grand final on October 24.
The local Tamworth competition will effectively revert to third and fourth grade and also kick-off on July 4 but will be a first past-the-post scenario.
The Namoi League will consist of two teams from Narrabri, Wee Waa and Moree. They will play a 12-week home-and-away competition with a two week finals series.
"The only difference to the finals series will be first place will automatically qualify for the grand final," McVey said.
The various junior competitions are meanwhile set to kick-off on July 18.
Team nominations for the Tamworth seniors and youth competitions, and mini-roos close this Friday (June 19).
