The session, at The North Store, will give locals the chance to see first hand a cow be milked by the Peel Valley Milk team.
As well as fresh locally-produced dairy, the event will also showcase local baked goods.

Transwest Fuels' Ben Clifton said the event was designed to promote local products.
"It was really important to us to get behind local businesses, especially in this drought," Mr Clifton said.
"When we first opened our site in Manilla, we made a decision to use as many local products as we could.
"All of our baked goods came from the Manilla and all of our dairy was from Peel Valley Milk.
"As we have expanded our business, we have kept those connections and several others going.
"There are a lot of businesses across the region putting out great produce and we really want to share that with our entire community."
Mr Clifton said the event, beginning at 9am, would hopefully inspire others to "support local".
"We'd love to see a lot of people there," he said.
"Basically, what we are hoping to do is throw down the gauntlet for other businesses and ask them if they aren't using products, why not?
"I know it is often a business decision based on cost, but there are so many benefits from using local goods.
"Hopefully this event can highlight those benefits."
The demonstration will also give locals more details about Peel Valley Milk's business and products.
"I think there will be quite a few people who have never seen a cow get milked," Mr Clifton said.
"From that perspective, this demonstration is also a great way to show people exactly where their milk comes from.
"Hopefully it will also give people a greater appreciation for the hard work that goes into creating a quality product."
The North Store is located on the corner of Fitzroy and Marius Street.
