The club is calling on any interested youngsters to attend one of two come and try days on Sunday, September 22 and Sunday, October 13.
Kids will be given a chance to try their hand at a variety of different disciplines such as shot put, high jump and track events.
The new season will also mark the club's first at Tamworth's new athletics complex.

Tamworth Athletics Club member Belinda Clegg said the Little Athletics program was a good starting point for kids of all ages.
"Basically, Little Athletics runs every Friday evening and gives the kids a chance to try four or five different events every week," Clegg said.
"The program teaches them all the skills they will need for specific events, as well as just the basic mechanics of how to run properly."
Clegg said the come and try days would "give the kids a taste" of the Little Athletics program.
"It's a pretty exciting time for our club because the first of the two days is at our current track, and the second will be the day after our new track opens," she said.
"Hopefully both days give the kids a chance to see what Little Athletics is about and sparks their interest to get involved."
Despite the club having a high amount of members last year, Clegg said it was eager to bring new members into the fold.
"The club is really keen to expand and keep growing," she said.
"Honestly, Little Athletics is a great place to start and parents can use their Active Kids Voucher as well."
