Two armed men, described as Aboriginal in appearance, aged 15 to 17, about 177cm tall, forced the rear sliding doors of the Craigends Lane home to gain entry.
Inside, the pair, dressed in an orange t-shirt and another in a green and dark-coloured shirt, who were armed with knives, threatened the occupants and stole a quantity of cash and other goods.
Police were alerted and about 7.10am on Saturday, a teenager was arrested at a Robert Street home and charged with aggravated break-and-enter and breach of bail. He was refused bail by police.
