This year’s sale will be held on Saturday, May 27 and will see up to 300 entries from a variety of vendors, with varying breeds of pairs and trios on offer.
The auction is held at the Poultry Pavilion at the Gunnedah Showground, with feathers flying as the auction starts at 9.30am.
A number system will operate throughout the sale and interested buyers must register prior to the sale.
Westpac Rescue Helicopter volunteers will once again man the barbecue to raise more funds for the cause and a number of lots will also be donated to the cause. In previous years the sale has raised in excess of $5000 and up to $10,000 for the vital service.
Inspections are welcome from 8am on Saturday and catalogues are available from Garvin and Cousens.
