They shot out of the gates to bag two goals in the opening quarter with Sarah Willis and Alice Arnott scoring.
Despite finding the goal, Tudors coach Helen Willis said it wasn't their best quarter of hockey.
"We went up 2-0 in the first quarter but we were probably a bit scrappy. We built into the game well," she said.
"Our focus was to maintain possession and not turn easy ball over. We did that pretty well."

Helping Tudors maintain their possession was avoiding the middle where possible.
However, Flames were still able to hit back with two goals of their own to lock things up a 2-2.
But things didn't stay level for long.
Tudor Wests had more goals in them as Joey Sullivan and Nat Willis scored to sew up the 4-2 win.
Coach Willis said Flames were under-strength but it was still "pretty good to get the win".
She also noted that it was truly a team effort on Sunday.
"I think as a whole the team played pretty well across the park," she said.
"We have four young girls - one is 15 and the others are 14 - backing up to first grade and those developing players stood up well on the weekend."
The win was Tudors fourth for the season.
They remain in sixth but are just three points behind Waratahs in fifth.
Flames remain on top of the ladder.
