The bridge at Whitehouse Lane remained closed to traffic with water and debris over the road.
Duri-Dungowan Road is also shut at the Reedy Creek causeway, according to Live Traffic NSW updates.
Burgmanns Lane was still closed on Monday morning due to flooding in Goonoo Goonoo Creek.

Wallamore Road has been closed for more than two months and will remain closed until the causeway at Tangaratta can be repaired after significant damage in floods earlier this year.
Appleby Lane, Davidsons Lane and Daruka Road were all affected by a flood in Tamworth last week and remained closed on Monday, according to Live Traffic NSW.
Barry Road, outside Nundle, has been reopened up to Sheba Dams but remained closed past the dams.
Topdale Road, Shearers Road, Duncans Creek Road and Morrisons Gap Road are also closed after the heavy snow in the area late last week.
The Live Traffic NSW updates indicate Ogunbil Road and Port Stephens Cutting also remained closed on Monday morning.
The Thunderbolts Way has reopened after it experienced alpine conditions last week. There is still a warning in place for drivers to be cautious of slippery conditions in the areas between Walcha and Nowendoc.
The New England Highway has no further road closures in the Northern Tablelands area.
Tamworth Regional Council and emergency services have reminded locals to be careful on the roads and obey all warnings.
