WESTPAC Rescue Helicopter Service (WRHS) crews were required over the weekend for separate missions in Walcha and Tamworth.
On Saturday afternoon, an 18-year-old male from Walcha suffered serious injuries after falling from a motorcycle.
Local ambulance paramedics were deployed to the rural property before the chopper's critical care team arrived.
The crew worked hard to stabilise the young man at the scene, before flying him to the Tamworth hospital.

He was then reported to be in a stable condition but had sustained a fractured leg and shoulder injuries, the chopper service confirmed.
Around 4:45am on Sunday, the helicopter was tasked after a two-year-old girl from Tamworth was rushed from Tamworth hospital to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.
She was suffering from a serious respiratory condition that required specialist attention.
The little girl was airlifted to Newcastle and is now in a stable condition, much to the relief of her mother who travelled with her, the service said.
