Jessica Louise Bruyn is being held in custody and faces up to 20 years' imprisonment, if convicted of robbery armed with an offensive weapon.
Her case returned to Tamworth Local Court again on Thursday where magistrate Peter Thompson ordered a specialist health report be prepared while she's being held in custody.
Last week, an urgent medical review was ordered in the same court for her in custody including for neck injuries.

The 26-year-old did not make a bid for bail, and is yet to make a release application since her arrest in West Tamworth eight days ago.
Bruyn has not been required to enter pleas to the robbery charge, or aggravated take and drive of a motor vehicle with a person on or in it, while armed; or an allegation of refusing or failing to submit to a breath test, after her arrest.
On Thursday, Mr Thompson adjourned the case to mid-July, where she will reappear on the same date as her co-accused, Rose Leggett, 30, after police have served the brief of evidence.
Bruyn was arrested on May 5 on Duri Road. Police allege she was in a Toyota Corolla which had been stolen from a man during the robbery in Oxley Vale, earlier that day.
Bruyn and Leggett are accused of wielding a syringe and a knife during a robbery in Drummond Road about 2am.
Detectives claim the 26-year-old man was robbed of his Corolla, wallet, mobile phone and hearing aids.
Police claim he fled the house and ran to a neighbour who alerted police.
An alert for the man's stolen car was issued for Oxley police, and about 11.55am, it was spotted on Duri Road, where the pair were arrested.
