Tamworth Regional Council confirmed Burgmanns Lane at Goonoo Goonoo Creek had been closed to traffic on Tuesday afternoon due to flooding.
Duri-Dungowan Road has also been shut off to travellers, as at the latest update.
Longarm Road and Jump Up Road in Barraba have both been closed as the wet weather continues to wreak havoc.

Other roads in the local area that were closed earler in the day remained closed as at 3pm on Tuesday, including Davidsons Lane, Kelso's Lane and Warral-Duri Road.
Soaking wet tracks in the Hanging Rock area are also still closed, affecting Barry Road and Morrisons Gap Road.
Warral Road was being inspected by Tamworth council staff on Tuesday afternoon, as water laps at the road.
The forecast from the Bureau of Meteorology indicates the wet weather could continue into Tuesday night, before skies are expected to clear on Wednesday.
Authorities have reminded locals to obey all warning signs and never drive through floodwater.

TAMWORTH'S emergency services are keeping a close eye on flood-prone areas and roads across the city, after the skies opened on Monday night and rainy weather settled in.
Tamworth Regional Council confirmed several roads were being assessed by staff on Tuesday, with some already closed.
Davidsons Lane at Moore Creek has been closed to traffic due to flooding.
Kelso's Lane at the Clay Creek bridge has also been shut off after the rain.
Warral-Duri Road remained closed on Tuesday afternoon, near Duck Under.
One lane of the road is already closed and council staff were inspecting the road on Tuesday afternoon.
Soaking wet unsealed roads remain blocked off in the Nundle and Hanging Rock area, including Barry Road and Morrisons Gap Road.
William Street at Starr Lane in Barraba has been closed due to water gushing over the low level crossing.
Transport for NSW workers braved the rain on Tuesday morning to fix potholes on the New England Highway which cropped up after the rain.
Tamworth Regional Council warned roads were "deteriorating quickly" with the wet weather, and asked people driving to take extra care.
Council's emergency management officer Murray Russell said Tamworth had so far been fortunate to avoid major flooding, but locals needed to remain vigilant.
"Tamworth council is working with ... various emergency services and have been in contact with each other making sure that they have got personnel on standby," he said.
"We are active, we are monitoring flood gauges and rain gauges and helping the emergency service personnel where we can.
"We have a very active road crew out and about at the moment ... monitoring those creek levels and trying to put road closures in place where we need to."
Tamworth's Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) gauge at the airport has recorded 30.4mm of rain between 9am Monday and 1:30pm Tuesday.
The BoM forecast indicates more heavy rain will fall in Tamworth in the coming hours, before the skies clear up on Wednesday.
The Peel River is still on a flood watch, but a severe weather warning from the BoM has been downgraded.
