Motorists travelling in the area experienced delays when one lane of the highway stayed closed for a number of hours after the crash, which occurred about 9am.
Live Traffic NSW updates show the highway is now open to all motorists.
A woman in her 40s was the only person injured when her car rolled on the Kamilaroi Highway, north of Breeza.
She was treated by paramedics at the scene for minor injuries and shock, and was taken to Gunnedah hospital in a stable condition.
Emergency services remained at the scene for some time, cleaning up the crash site.

A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after her car rolled on the Kamilaroi Highway on Thursday morning, and traffic has been affected in the area.
An Ambulance NSW spokeswoman said the driver, believed to be in her 40s, was travelling along the highway north of Breeza when her car rolled just after 9am.
Emergency services rushed to the scene of the single-vehicle crash and closed one lane of the Kamilaroi Highway while the woman was treated for her injuries and the crash site cleared.

The Ambulance NSW spokeswoman said two paramedic crews were deployed and treated the woman - who was the only person injured in the crash - for minor injuries and shock.
She was taken to Gunnedah hospital and was reported to be in a stable condition.
Live Traffic NSW updates show there are alternating stop/slow conditions in place for motorists, with one lane of the Kamilaroi Highway still closed north of Breeza.
People driving in the area have been urged to travel with caution and slow down.
Emergency services remained at the scene about 10:30am, as the clean-up continued.
