Residents who download the free mobile app 'urhere' can use it to sign in to more than 50 council-owned and community venues.
The app is designed so users only need to register their details once, then the information is stored so people can instantly log in at other venues by scanning a QR code.

TRC general manager Paul Bennett said it was essential Tamworth had the best contact tracing system possible.
"It is absolutely critical, the whole basis of this is that we don't know what the penetration is here from people from other places," he said.
"Being able to jump on top of any identified case is critical and having that really solid contact tracing in place."
Mr Bennett said it would make signing in more convenient for people visiting galleries, libraries and entertainment venues.
The software is costing council a total of about $750 per month, and TRC confirmed personal data will be stored securely.
Mr Bennett said the system will be trialled at council locations, but could be expanded into businesses.
He said the app will be around until the COVID-19 pandemic is over and it's no longer needed.
Other sign in options will still be available for locals, including those without access to technology.
