Harnessing their extraordinary imagination, the Calrossy Anglican School boys, with the help of their dad, created a book titled 'The Dinosaur Game'.
Listen to them read an animated excerpt of their book below:
Alex, 6, said he was bored at home, and asked his mum what he could do.
He then thought, hey, I'll write a book.
And with an ardent love of dinosaurs, which he says stems from being able to make a very impressive dinosaur roar, the book took shape.
"I think I like games so much, so that's why I put the game in," Alex said on his inspiration.
"The scary part is where his hands turn into claws, and his teeth get sharp."
A lot of people when the teacher was finished, a lot of people said they really liked the drawings. But I don't think anyone wants to play the game!

Seeing his younger brother's idea take shape, Aedan, 9, decided to help out and take it further.
"At first I thought it'd just be on paper, but dad and I put it on the computer," Aedan explained.
"Normally authors and illustrators do the art first and then the words, but we did it the other way.
"We finished the book together, all three of us."
The book is about a boy named Peter who plays the dinosaur game - with drastic consequences.
