OP SHOPS around Tamworth have taken different approaches to opening back up after the COVID-19 shutdown.

Some organisations aren't accepting donations as the coronavirus pandemic continues, but Tamworth Family Support Service (TFSS) manager Lynda Townsend said it's more important than ever to support those in need.
"It's always great for people that are requiring extra clothing for their children and things for the winter when the may not have the money, and now with families having lost employment with COVID-19, every little bit helps," she said.
"Everybody's doing it tough and for the first time in a long time, those families that don't usually need to rely on charitable organisations, they're having to do it now, so every little bit helps."

TFSS is open and accepting donations, but drops offs must be arranged by calling 1800 073 388.
Ms Townsend said goods are distributed among local groups like the women and children's shelter and organisations for the homeless.
Tamworth's One of a Kind store is also accepting donations by appointment only, through direct message on the shop's Facebook page.
Customers also have the option to purchase and peruse some items on the One of a Kind Facebook page.
The Hill Street location has not opened back up to customers yet.
The Salvation Army Family Store in Tamworth opened its doors to the community for the first time in months on Monday morning, and is one of the only op shops in Tamworth welcoming shoppers in-store.
The Salvos took to Facebook to announce their return, asking customers to maintain social distancing and bring their own bags for their purchases.
The charity is not accepting any donations at the moment, but said it would notify people when it starts again.
The local Vinnies store in Peel Street remains fully closed for now.
