Chaffey Dam has risen slightly to sit at 14.35 per cent while Dungowan Dam has risen to 40.78 per cent and Split Rock to 3.98 per cent.
Ms Carr said every little bit helped in terms of saving water.
"It supports the message that we're trying to get out around level 5 restrictions - that small changes can make a big difference," Ms Carr said.
"The more people are considering what they can do at their home or place of business, taking up those opportunities and making those changes, the better our long term consumption is going to be."
Ms Carr said there had been a "big increase in the uptake of water rebates" over the past 12 months.
"The first quarter of last year, we had about 30 rebate applications. Then the last quarter of last year, there was over 200," she said.
There are residential, business and commercial rebates available and applications for the rebate scheme can now be made online.
Items on the list include rainwater tanks, hot water system diverters and greywater treatment systems.
