THE man accused of the murder of a young Tamworth mother is yet to formally enter a plea, with the case delayed for at least another month.

Jesse Leigh Green's murder charge was listed for arraignment in the NSW Supreme Court in Sydney on Friday morning.
But he did not enter a plea. In court on Friday, the case was delayed until October.
Justice Elizabeth Fullerton granted an adjournment in the case, setting it down for another arraignment in early-October, where it's then expected Green will be required to enter a plea to murder.
It's the second delay in the NSW Supreme Court after an eight-week adjournment was granted in July.

Green is accused of killing mother-of-one Teah Luckwell in her Robert Street unit in Tamworth in the early hours of March 28, 2018, about 17 hours before the 22-year-old's body was found by a neighbour.
He was committed for trial in May, but is unlikely to get a trial date before mid-2020.
Green made no application for bail on Friday and it was formally refused.
He is also facing charges of aggravated break-and-enter; having suspected stolen goods in custody; using an offensive weapon to commit an indictable offence; larceny; and intimidation.
Detectives claim Green and Miss Luckwell were known to one another. No one else has been charged in connection to the murder.
Green has been in custody since his arrest in Tamworth on April 5, 2018, during a series of raids by Oxley police and Strike Force Penola, investigating a series of break-and-enters.
The strike force was launched by the State Crime Command's homicide squad and Oxley detectives to investigate Ms Luckwell's murder.
Green is accused of breaking into an Ernst Street house in Oxley Vale between 8pm and 11pm on March 27 and stealing from the house while people were inside.
Police allege Green had a 40cm knife that he used to intimidate a woman between 4.10am and 4.30am on March 28, a similar time to when police allege the murder occurred.
He's accused of then attempting to break into the same woman's property in Robert Street while armed with the knife.
Green also faces allegations of stealing an Apple iPad worth $500 between 8am and 8.20am on March 28 in South Tamworth, as well as the theft of two suitcases of clothing and laptops between 5.30pm and 5.35pm in Sydney.
