Elouise Ann Hemsley is the latest to be charged by detectives from Strike Force Janian, which was set up to dismantle an alleged drug ring operating in the Armidale area.
Hemsley, 20, is facing one count of taking part in the supply of more than a commercial quantity of MDMA.
Detectives allege she took part in the supply of 240g of MDMA between August 30 and 31, last year, in Armidale.
Hemsley, who lives in Guyra, was not required to enter a plea when she fronted the dock of Armidale Local Court after she'd handed herself into detectives.

She lodged a bid for bail, which was granted with a list of conditions by magistrate Michael Holmes.
As part of her bail, Hemsley must live with family in Guyra, report to police daily, is under a nighttime curfew and must not take drugs or drink alcohol.
She is prohibited from contacting any co-accused or witnesses, or entering any licensed premises, and must not leave the New England region or approach any international point of departure.
To secure her release, Hemsley was also ordered to post $1000 in surety as well as have two people post $5000 each.
It's the police case that Hemsley left town in a car with a co-accused on August 30 and returned the next day with a quantity of MDMA.
Police allege the accused was travelling in a vehicle with a co-accused and left the Armidale area, and then returned again with that quantity of drugs, which we allege to be 240g of MDMA, in the early hours of the 31st of August.
- New England Detective Inspector Ann Joy
"Police allege the accused was travelling in a vehicle with a co-accused and left the Armidale area, and then returned again with that quantity of drugs, which we allege to be 240g of MDMA, in the early hours of the 31st of August," New England Detective Inspector Ann Joy said.
"Following investigations by Strike Force Janian detectives, the 20-year-old female voluntarily attended Armidale Police Station, where she was interviewed and charged with that offence."
Hemsley was initially refused bail by police before her conditional release in court. She will return to court later this month.
Hemsley is the 11th arrest by the strike force. It was set up by New England police and worked in conjunction with Strike Force Fable, which investigated the ongoing supply of drugs in the New England and Coffs Coast areas.
"The investigations and subsequent arrests of Janian and Fable have dismantled what was a lucrative drug syndicate," New England Superintendent Scott Tanner said.
"As inquiries continue, further people can expect to be arrested and put before the courts."
