Jill Stewart has been working as the Marketing Manager for the Tamworth Business Chamber for the past two years after returning home from Sydney, and instantly noticed "a growing gap between businesses who have embraced modern marketing, and those that are yet to grasp hold of new technologies and social media."
"In tough times marketing is often the first expense cut when the purse strings tighten, when in fact it can be the shining light that can keep a business competitive and profitable - and it can be simple," she said.
“Just as there are drought assistance workshops for farmers and community organisations, it is imperative that businesses get the marketing support they need to get through tough times as well."

Mrs Stewart's latest venture Curious Culture is offering a simple, hands-on alternative for businesses that "are cash strapped and time poor."
