Authorities were at Scully pool all morning following a break-in which caused a fire to break out.
The pool reopened at 10am.
City pool also reopened at 9am after an overnight pump malfunction caused low chlorine levels.
“This behaviour is unacceptable and disappointing, and council will now look at what measures can be put in place to ensure that this does not happen again,” sports and recreation manager Paul Kelly said.

“Unfortunately, Scully Pool had a break in overnight which caused a fire in the office,” council’s Facebook post said.
“Authorities are currently carrying out their duties and the pool is expected to be open by 10am.”
A council spokeswoman said it appeared “an angle grinder was used to cut open the safe, which has started a fire in the office”.
The Olympic Pool had a pump malfunction overnight also resulting in low chlorine levels.
The pool is expected to be open by 10am with the pump issues now resolved.
“We know how hot it is so are doing everything we can to get them back open as fast as possible,” council said on Facebook.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology, temperatures in Tamworth only dipped to a minimum of 23 degrees at 6am this morning after the town sweltered and sweated through and 39 degree day on Tuesday.
