The Bulls are coming off their first win of the season, against North Tamworth – buoyed by the addition to their bowling ranks of Moree brothers Jack and Paddy Montgomery, while former skipper Adam Jones came out of a short-lived retirement against the Redbacks.
“We’ll be wary of them," Smith said. “We’ll have to be at the top of our game to go toe to toe with them. It should be an interesting contest.”
Despite the threat posed by the Bulls, Smith said ladder-leading City would not be lacking confidence.

Smith described the outright win over Wests in the last round as “gutsy and patient”.
On Saturday, City will be without Richard O'Halloran and Ross Steyn, with Pat Dwyer earning a promotion from second grade after scoring an unbeaten 100-ball 161 last round.
