Northern Inland Credit Union is inviting people to enjoy a sweet treat and support a worthy cause on Friday.
Money raised through ‘Cupcake for a Cause’ will go towards support and education of people living with motor neurone disease, their families and carers.
“This is a cause which is real and relevant to the team here at Northern Inland as we have had staff members with immediate family recently affected by the disease,” CEO, Derek McIntyre said.
“It is also a great chance for community members to understand the credit union difference.

Northern Inland Credit Union operates in Gunnedah, Tamworth and Narrabri and currently serves around 15,000 members.
