A neighbouring Ainslie Place resident wept as she addressed council and said the development would “change the dream” she purchased.

Councillors shaped to shoot down the development again, however, an amendment was passed requesting more time to consider issues surrounding the proposal.
The main concerns hinges on the intersection of Goonoo Goonoo road and Craiglends Lane.
“Driven by conscience”, Glenn Inglis said it was a public safety matter and was prepared to reject the proposal for the second time in a month.
Phil Betts said he understood the “community had concerns with developments such as that coming into their backyard”.
“I know there’s some innuendo it could go to land and environment court, but I have to go against it,” he said.
