Trainer Jane Clement makes the 454km trek from Bendemeer to Canterbury with Southern Orders on Wednesday.

The bonny six-year-old mare tackles the $40000 Ranvet's Neutrolene Benchmark 67 Handicap (1900m), the fifth event on a seven-race card.

Southern Orders takes winning form to the city, having saluted in good style at Armidale over the same trip in Open company on December 19, but is still rated a $34 chance on TAB Fixed Odds..

In-form hoop Rachael Murray continues her winning association aboard Southern Orders.

Astute Scone trainers Greg Bennett and Rodney Northam will also feature across the card.

Bennett is floating down two horses in Marmaduke’s Lady and Mercurian, who contests the same race as the Northam-trained Hot Vinni, the $40000 Hyland Race Colours Benchmark 72 Handicap (1250m).

Hot Vinni is rated a $13 chance and Mercurian $17.
