One of the women, local farmer Cherie Robinson, claims the police officers involved went "over the top" in breaking up the protest.
The clip shows Mrs Robinson and Victorian Katherine Marchment sitting - arms linked - on a road preventing a truck carrying drilling equipment from moving.
When the protesters refuse a police order to move, they are placed under arrest and physically separated, with Ms Marchment being dragged along the road on her back.
Mrs Robinson, who was charged and will face court next month, said she suffered considerable pain as her arms were twisted behind her back by the officer.
