Fit2Function is offering nine weeks' free gym as part of Move with Women, a government-funded healthy lifestyle program.
Exercise Physiologist Alana Johnstone said the scheme would offer individualised programs, assessments, check-ins and gear worth over $1000, for nothing.
She said the program was about helping people improve their lives.
"It helps their daily life is the main aspect of it," she said.

"Not being able to walk up and down your stairs without getting puffed - but now you can do it five times. And then if you keep that long term."
Ms Johnstone said the program was designed to take advantage of the New Year's effect - "new year, new me, new program".
But the benefits would last forever, she said.
"Now you've got the tools, use them," she said.
The program can accommodate one class of ten, with scope to do another class if interest proves strong.
Practice Manager Janet McRae said it was part of making Fit2Function more than a gym.
The centre ran an anti-diabetes program earlier in 2021, and will run another next year.
The city has a big problem with obesity, and they're hoping both the diabetes and Move with Women programs will make a difference.
"If we can help someone, educate them," she said.
"If they grab a friend so they're feeing quite supported, so they don't feel alone.
"If that means they don't come back to us, that they're going outside and having a better life, how great is that?"
"I know that two of the girls, one of them wouldn't have done the [earlier diabetes] program without the other," Miss Johnstone said.
"Having that support within each other is really important.
"Then just the diet aspect is really important, to be giving them that education as well."
The first of nine one-hour free group-based exercise classes will take place on February 7, 2022.
It's designed for women of all ages, all fitness levels and all backgrounds.
This program is funded by the Commonwealth government through Diabetes NSW and ACT.
