Coming back from a knee injury this season, Brown was adjudged both the best and fairest and players' player for the women's side.
Hall was meanwhile again a dominant force in the midfield and made it back-to-back best and fairest honours.

"It was well-deserved," Roos president Brett Douglas said.
"He had a great season.
"He's very reliable, and very versatile".
In what was an impressive effort in his first full season of senior footy, Bill Tydd won the players' player and was second behind Hall in the best and fairest count.
Josh Vallender was named the rookie of the year.
It was a bit of a family affair with older brother James picking up the most improved.
Mel Young and Hayley Beck shared the most improved for the women's while Danielle Bishop followed up her league Rising Star win with the rookie of the year accolades.
But the night for the women's side belonged to Brown.
"She started a bit slow coming off a knee injury a couple of years ago. But once her confidence came back with her knee, away she went," Douglas said.
Among the other awards presented were the Craig Abbott Game Day Hero Award, which physio Simon Tydd was a popular winner of.
Secretary Bridget Galvin was named Clubperson of the Year and zoomed in from the UK.
Douglas said it was a good night.
Despite COVID's untimely interjection, there was plenty to celebrate with the men's side winning their first minor premiership since 2011.
"We didn't get to play finals so there's always that what-if?," Douglas said.
"But to end up minor premiers was a positive".
As was the women getting through to the finals after sitting out last season.
Overall Douglas was "very happy" with the year.
He will again lead the Roos charge in 2022, being reelected president at the club's AGM last month.
There have been a couple of changes to the committee with Michael Buckley taking over from Galvin as secretary and captain Carl Frazier coming on board as vice-president. Paige McMullen and Sarah Dadd have also joined the general committee.
As the Roos' turn their attention towards next season the coaches have also been appointed.
Ben Mitchell and Nathan Vaisey will again team up to co-coach the men's side while Douglas will look after the women with Shannon Campbell.
One of the driving forces in establishing the Roos women's side, Campbell didn't play this season but will be lacing up the boots again.
