The arrival of the containers comes as a relief to Tamworth Regional Council, after COVID-19 saw the delivery delayed for two months.
Once assembled, the containers will serve as a youth training cafe on Macquarie Street, next to the popular Peel Street skate park.

Joblink Plus will operate the business as a social enterprise.
The not-for-profit will run a range of accredited hospitality training programs for young people looking for experience.
Joblink Plus youth programs leader Amanda Hazell said young people at the skate park will be able to "support their mates as they transition into meaningful and sustainable employment."
Tamworth MP Kevin Anderson described the project as "Tamworth's most exciting new cafe".
"The Viaduct Park Youth Recreation Hub is already a popular spot for families in the Tamworth region," he said.
"This next step of the project will not only provide goods and services to the many people who visit Viaduct Park, but it will also provide new training opportunities in our community."
Tamworth Regional Council sports and recreation manager Paul Kelly said the cafe will help make Viaduct Park a "vibrant recreational space for Tamworth's youth".
"The new café will complement the very popular skate park and I'm sure will be a welcome addition for our community," he said.
It will take another two months to assemble the containers and construct additional embellishments, including an alfresco dining area.
The Youth Training Café is one element of Tamworth Regional Council's Viaduct Park master plan.
