Former Toyota Star Maker and four times Golden Guitar nominee Brad Cox will be returning to Tamworth Country Music Festival after a triumphant 2020 performance with a sold-out show at The Albert Hotel.
Since then, Brad has released his sophomore record My Mind's Projection, which reached #12 position on the ARIA Album Chart and to date has achieved over 10 million worldwide streams and included hits Short Lived Love, the #1 country radio singles Give Me Tonight and Drinking Season and his collaboration with Adam Eckersley Remedy. In 2021, Brad launched his very own Apple Radio show Happy Hour Down Under, and despite the pandemic has continued to sell out headline shows across the country.
Tom Busby and Jeremy Marou have been playing music together for over a decade since their initial music connection at a pub in Rockhampton. There's a potent chemistry that drives Busby Marou, and it is that unwritten agenda, a simple intangible understanding between them, that they will continue to drive into the exciting new chapter in their remarkable career.
Busby Marou have gained the reputation as one of Australia's hardest working live bands best known for their distinctly Australian storytelling and gifted musicianship. Onstage, a key element is the intertwining of vocal interplay of two lifelong mates.
