Appointments will be available across the weekend in Tamworth, Gunnedah and Manilla and a target has been set to get jabs in the arms of at least 3000 locals.
Appointments will be available throughout the weekend in Tamworth, while in Gunnedah and Manilla it will be a 'super Saturday' blitz.
All will be offering AstraZeneca in the hope of increasing the regions' vaccination rates, which currently sit between 50 to 59 per cent for Tamworth, and 30 to 49 per cent for Gunnedah.
In Tamworth, 15 GP clinics and four pharmacies will be offering the jab.

While in Gunnedah, two of each will be offering the inoculation, along with a new vaccination hub at the Rural Health Centre. In Manilla, the Rural Medical Clinic will be offering the vaccines.
Mr Anderson has said he is ready to "bring on the weekend" and will himself be receiving his second AstraZeneca vaccination on Saturday.
