Brendan James races Zoemagic along with his partner Emily Wilkin and both enjoyed watching the seven-year-old mare win the Somerset Meats Pace over 1609m. She produced a slick mile rate of 1min 54.4sec.
James, who trains the horse, engaged the services of Sydney reinsman Cameron Hart.

Starting from the two barrier, Zoemagic was placed on the back of the leader, Mammals Riddle, before finding clear passage on the final turn to come away for a four-metre win and record her 11th career win at race start 100.

The Dubbo meeting on Sunday saw the Greg Coney stables commence their winning account with an all-the-way win for Shanks For Coming, who on debut for the stables produced a 20-metre win and a mile rate of 2.00.2 for the 2120m journey.
Greg's daughter, Jemma, drove the five-year-old gelding.
Stablemate Brydon Earl then produced a 10m win on debut for the Coney stables - giving Jemma and Greg a training and driving double, respectively.
It was then onto the Maitland meeting on Monday where Jemma picked up another driving double, firstly with the Dennis Lindsay-trained Our Chance Todream, who dominated with an all-the-way win.
Britney Jane, trained by Greg Coney, then won the final race for the day with Jemma in the gig. Jemma owns the horse.

The Richard Williams stables also enjoyed a training double at the Maitland meeting.
Bella Bronski, the $2.20 favourite, provided Brad Elder his eighth winning drive for the weekend. Bella Bronksi had an impressive eight-metre win and recorded a mile rate of 1.57.5 for 2044m.
Stablemate Amused, driven by Tamworth's Caitlin McElhinney, also had a well-earned win. Amused and Bella Bronksi are owned and raced by Garry Parziani.

Congratulations to Maddison Simon, who is enjoying her time working for the McDowell family in Sydney. She drove another winner for the stables when she partnered Bettors Pocket at last week's Penrith meeting. Bettors Pocket paid $34 for the win.
