Carl Frazier has come a long way from the young gun that didn't know the rules, or how to kick or handball when he first lobbed up to the Tamworth Kangaroos.

The man they call "Rowdy" has grown into one of the Roos' most-respected figures. He is their captain and on Saturday joined an illustrious group to have played 150 games for the club.
On what was a day of celebration at No.1 Oval with the premiership-winning 2011 side reminiscing their triumph, the Roos ensured Frazier's milestone day was one to remember accounting for the Inverell Saints 19.12.126 to 13.4.82.

The man of the moment was amongst the goalscorers kicking three as the Roos joined the Tamworth Swans on top of the table.
The first player to achieve the milestone for three or four years, after running out through a banner Frazier was chaired off the field by his team-mates.
"That was pretty special," he said.
Minutes earlier the chant of 'Carlos' had gone up from the 2011 side, of which he was a part of, as he was reintroduced into the game late in the fourth quarter.
Battling a corky since the first quarter, Frazier said he wanted to get back on there for the last couple of minutes to "enjoy the win".
A rookie 21-year old when the Kangaroos defeated the Saints to claim what remains the clubs' last premiership, Frazier is one of only two players from that side still running around.
Luke Robinson is the other, but he didn't play on Saturday.
"It was good," Frazier said of the day.
"It's a good club to be around and everyone was there supporting me."
He said while he never imagined when he first started out that he would play 150 games, after reaching 100 it did become a big carrot.
"It was a goal, I wanted to get 150," he said.
To do it with a win, he couldn't have asked for much more.
"It was good to win at home and sets our season up to push for finals," he said.
The first quarter set the tone for the Roos.
They came out firing kicking the first five goals of the game en route to a 31-point lead at the first break.
The Saints came hard at them in the second quarter, at one stage booting four straight to cut the Roos' lead back to just eight points.
But the home side snapped a late goal to take a 14-point advantage into the long break.
They pulled away again in the third quarter, a big finish to the term giving them a 30-point buffer, which they were then able to push on from in the final quarter.
"I think everyone just played well," Frazier said.
"We had a game plan and everyone played to that."
Jason Livermore led the way for the Roos with six goals while Frazier, Bryson Shepherdson and Shane Lindsay all kicked three.
Harry Moffitt was the Saints' chief goalkicker with three.
The two sides shared the honours for the day with Saints getting up in the women's clash.
