Improving on their third place finish in the series opener, they beat Griffith 21-15 in the final.
In an entertaining tussle, the two sides traded blows before Bond pulled ahead to cap off an undefeated two days.
McLoughlin was earlier one of their tryscorers in a 26-nil semi-final whitewash of the Combined Queensland side.

She also crossed in their weekend opening 38-5 triumph over the University of Queensland.
Pirates' team-mate Claudia Nielsen and Moree's Ash Walker were meanwhile in action in Newcastle with Nielsen suiting up for Sydney University, who took out the opening round, and Walker the home side (Newcastle Uni).
They went on to take silver after avenging their semi-final loss in the series opener to Sydney Uni 22-12 to set up a showdown with UTS for the gold.
It was a fast start to the final with some blistering pace off the kickoff from Sariah Pahki to set up the first try to UTS. Pahki followed it up with two more tries of her own just before halftime.
Newcastle looked overwhelmed in their first final as UTS continued the blitz into the second half, Jesse Southwell and Jessica Gentle scoring late consolation tries for the hosts as they went down 38-10.
Sydney Uni finished with bronze after beating the University of Melbourne 27-12 in their playoff.
All three sides will now turn their focus to next month's nationals play-offs.
