The nine-race program is set to get underway from 6.03pm and will feature the running of the $30,000 Multiquip Golden Guitar Final, with the five qualifying heats conducted last Sunday. The winners of those 1980m heats are showcased below, with the final set to go at 8.02pm.

Local pacer Shadow Pass, owned by Tamworth resident Tim Varga, has drawn the one barrier for the final, with Tom Ison taking the reins. Shadow Pass made his way into the final with the services of Sydney reinsman Robbie Morris and with a winning margin of half a head over Maitland pacer Tygar (Brad Elder) - recording a mile rate of 2min 01.4sec.
Rocknlachlan - prepared by former local trainer Geoff Hardin, who is now based at Bobs Farm - has drawn the nine barrier after taking out the second heat with Mat Rue handling the reins.
Rocknlachlan had a 18.9m win over Lifeofbrian (Amanda Turnbull), with a mile rate of 1.58.4. The winning drive by Rue brought up his 900th career win. Congratulations.
Balducci, from the Amanda Turnbull stables, has drawn the seven barrier on the second row and claimed his spot after taking out the third heat by 1.6m over Battle Chimes, with a mile rate of 1.57.1. He will be going for three-straight wins. Turnbull also has Lifeofbrian engaged in the final from the five barrier.
The Choreographer, the second runner from the Harding stables, has drawn the two barrier after taking out the fourth heat with a winning margin of 2.9m over Hunter Valley pacer Ticktockpocketwatch. The mile rate was 1.58 and Rue was the driver.
My Ultimate Star has drawn the eight barrier after taking out the fifth heat for the Jarrod Alchin stables - the winning margin over Fifteen Aces (Nathan Xuereb) 11m and the mile rate 1.59.2. Brad Elder drove My Ultimate Star.
In the $12,000 Hygain Star Maker Final at Tamworth Paceway on Sunday, last week's Prelude winner Justa Little Bit, from the Jarrod Alchin stables, will commence from the nine barrier. Alchin will be looking for back-to-back wins in the feature after My Ultimate Star won last year's race.
Local pacers contesting the Star Maker Final include the Ashlea McKinnon-trained Galvarino (one barrier) and the Stuart Glasby-trained Our Bettor Dancer (two barrier).
Jackomondo (barrier seven) also has a local connection as the horse is owned and raced by Maurice and Wendy Mondolo.
The meeting also includes the $9,000 Golden Guitar Consolation, the $12,000 Garrard's Tamworth City Cup and the $9,000 Roadwork Industries 1230m Dash For Cash.

Saturday night will see Anthony Varga in Menangle for the $20,000 Club Menangle Country Series Final. His horse, Mac Stubborn, finished second to Johnson Step (Michael Formosa) in a heat at Tamworth on January 10. Varga will take the drive behind Mac Stubborn from the two barrier. He races the gelding with his partner Denna Burns and his father John Varga. Good luck!

It was a winning night out for Tamworth thoroughbred trainers, Sue Grills and Leslie Jeffriess, at Tamworth Paceway last Sunday. Their mare Brie won the Kayla Robson Appreciation Pace. The horse is trained by Dean Chapple. His wife Julie has a part share in Brie.
