That's according to Tamworth psychic Mandy Coles, who has cast the ribbons out to see what will become of the region in the New Year.
The colours green, purple, pink, blue and yellow were chosen for the Country Music Capital.
While the potential for negativity following 2020 is an easy thing to dwell on, she says by focusing on the positives of what the future can bring is the step to creating that positive change.
"For the immediate feel I had was one of growth, expansion, changes and anticipations, in the positive sense," Ms Coles notes.
"Yes, I know this current year has been a challenge for many, yet in saying that the growth that has come from it has been amazing."

There will be some surprise changes especially in leadership circles, some which we won't see coming.
A shuffling, if you like, of the governing structures.
"The people in high places may change," Ms Coles posits.
"And the plans they work on will see us become self sufficient in the next two to five years - as long as they are flexible to change and open to potential new ideas.
"I feel those that take care of our community in council and community service, have many new and innovative ideas that will long term, once in place, be of great benefit to the community."
However on a more narrow take, what we as individuals and businesses do with this year will set the path for the next nine years, as long as we focus on the positives and take the chance for change.
"Tamworth is growing in leaps and bounds and by the following year we will be rock solid in new foundations for an even more prosperous future."
There will also be the chance to change any plans already set in a way that will see us become something of a multicultural hub, a regional centre to watch out for.
"Whether it's business, individuals, farmers, if they let go of the clutter, they will survive and thrive," she says.
"2020 has sorted the wheat from the chaff, and now we just have to follow our passions.
"The energy this year will support that."
And with the weather, she says it's no secret we are in for wet times ahead, but notes the stress of water will definitely be off farmers.
However those who've designed gardens with the drought in mind will now have to contend with having too much of the wet stuff falling from the sky.
Her final message:
"Communication, keeping focused on the path ahead, being flexible to shift a little at times while always holding the goal," she concludes.
"Come from a point of compassion, listen, and express your truth."
