The community is encouraged to submit their concerns to council, to help them make a decision regarding its approval.
It would be the fast food giant's fourth store in Tamworth.
The two week submission period opened on October 29 and will close on November 12.
The North Tamworth site has been slated for a vacant block on 114-122 Peel Street, on the corner of Marius Street, and opposite Jack Woolaston Oval.
Developers estimate the construction cost of the project would hit around $3,336,505.

The slated outlet would be open 24 hours, would include a dual-lane drive through service as well as a McCafe.
If approved, it would mean an additional restaurant on top of the East, South and West Tamworth outlets.
