At Gunnedah on Wednesday night, the two-a-half-year old made it three wins on the trot when a four-and-a-half length winner in the Ladbrokes Cash In Stakes.
Owned by a friend of his, the Curlewis trainer has only had Talk About Katie for a couple of months - an albeit fruitful couple of months.
"She's absolutely flying at the moment," Syphers said.
"She's just getting better and better as we go."
In the training game for 40 years, Syphers said she has "just got that mannerism that you can see in a dog".
"She just wants to learn all the time," he said.
"Hopefully we can win one in Sydney if this coronavirus eases."

On Wednesday she went into the race as a second grade dog and "won it easy" - leading all the way.
Her next start will probably be in the Best 8 (over 500m) race on the May 20 program - the final meeting in the club's current allocation under Greyhound Racing NSW's COVID-19 measures.
The meeting will carry additional prizemoney with a prize purse of $3000 to non-grade winners, $2,800 for fourth grade and $2,500 for fifth grade, for races of 421m and over.
Syphers' other runner on Wednesday - Murphey - ran fourth
"He got into some trouble," he said.
He currently has 10 dogs in work, which he trains on his "little place on the edge of Curlewis" and has enjoyed a few winners in recent weeks.
"It's been good. We're having fun," he said.
Jamie Bush meanwhile continued his hot form. Fresh from claiming his second treble in as many meetings, the local Gunnedah trainer picked up a double with Five Mile Gem and Disco Chook getting home.
