Brock has put the challenge out to her fellow 'Kooty Roosters Family' to participate in the No Look Challenge. The challenge involves throwing a ball over your shoulder and into a bin a distance behind you.
The Roosters' fundraising coordinator, Brock said with all league-related activities suspended, she felt like they had been a bit disengaged.
Then a friend in Newcastle posted her attempt at the challenge.
"I saw it and thought that's a ripper, I'll have a crack," Brock said.
Thinking it would be a great way to get people involved and bring the football community together while in isolation she posted her attempt on the club's Facebook page.
"It's a way we can engage as a football community without being altogether," Brock said.
For many football is a big part of their lives, and not seeing the "football family" is hard, she said.
"At this stage we don't even know if we will get to play a season, and if we don't, keeping the club moral high and the supporting community engaged will be paramount," she said.
Brock admitted it did take her a few attempts to get it.

"My kids were getting so sick of chasing the ball," she said.
Her four-year old son also had a go.
Already she has inspired a few to try it. Brock said the club treasurer is planning to have a crack, as are some of the players, and she will be uploading their attempts.
She is hoping the wider Kootingal-Moonbi community will also get involved, and even some of the other clubs, whether it's that challenge or one they do amongst themselves.
