Cody Morgan, Mark Mason and Jane Clement have all nominated runners in the 1400m race, which attracted 24 nominations this week.
Goldstream, winner of this year's Wellington Cup, is prepared by Morgan and will start topweight in the Cup after receiving 63.5kg.
The eight-year-old gelding, winner of eight of his 34 starts, won the 1700m Wellington Cup in April and then ran seventh (beaten less than four lengths) by stablemate Unbiased in the Tamworth Cup.
He's had one start back from a spell when seventh to Desert Marshal in a recent 1300m Gunnedah Open.
Desert Marshal, prepared by Jane Clement, is also nominated for Wednesday's feature and is backing up from a win at Gunnedah earlier this month.

It was the seven-year-old son of Lope De Vega's eighth win at his 56th outing and took his prizemoney to more than $167,000.
Mikayla Weir rode him at Gunnedah and said at the time: "He's been a great old horse, actually settled down in his races now, he's tractable."
She said Clement is "now getting him to relax".
The addition of a tongue tie might "done the trick," Clement said after that win while also confirming his Inverell Cup mission.
"He always tries, always tries his heart out," she said.
He received 57kg for the Inverell Cup after carrying the same weight at Gunnedah.
Fellow Tamworth trainer Mark Mason has nominated De La Hoya (54.5kg) and Eye On America (54kg) but said just one of the pair was a likely Cup starter.
