The truck rolled at Cells River, injuring the pair, on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were alerted about 5pm after reports of the truck rollover, before the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked.
A spokesperson for the chopper said there were initial reports that two male occupants were suffering from shoulder and chest injuries.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter landed on the remote rural road where the Helicopter's critical care medical team assisted paramedics to stabilise a 51-year-old man and a 71-year-old man.
The pair were stabilised at the scene and then flown directly to Tamworth hospital. Both were listed in a serious but stable condition.
