After the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) issued a severe weather warning for some parts of the North West and Northern Tablelands on Sunday, various towns rejoiced the welcome rainfall.
Blackville topped the North West region as BOM recorded 49mm of rain to 9am Monday morning, while nearby Breeza Station recorded a much welcome 44mm.

Meanwhile, Glen Innes fared the best in the Northern Tablelands region with 35mm to Monday morning.
The weather became so wild on the tablelands hail hit areas such as Guyra and Tenterfield.
However, the storms caused rainfalls to be inconsistent and Narrabri was proof of that, as BOM recorded 26mm at Narrabri Airport, while the township only received 10mm.
Storm conditions are expected to continue on Monday and Tuesday, especially around the Northern Slopes and Plains.
BOM is predicting a 60 per cent chance of rain for Tamworth on Monday and an 80 per cent chance on Tuesday, with smoke haze expected to linger around the area.
Locals are urged to monitor the BOM's website for potential severe weather warnings.
