Pirates president Tom Cutcliffe said the event had become one of the most anticipated on the club's calendar.
"It is just a fantastic event, which raises some money for a really worthy cause.
"Our club is really passionate about raising funds for worthy causes and this one is really close to our hearts."
This year's event will feature an under-17 competition including a Pirates team, Calrossy team and Farrer.
A women's sevens game between Calrossy and Pirates will also feature, as well as an old boys competition featuring Sydney-based side Eastwood.
"We are starting at about 4pm to try and beat the heat," Cutcliffe said.
"The under-17 Pirates side is more of a Barbarians side, because it will have some kids from Magpies and Quirindi.
"Then later on, Eastwood are back again, so our old boys games should be pretty entertaining as well.
"Hopefully we can get a really big crowd out there to raise some money for a really worthy cause."
Cutcliffe said the function would offer something for the whole family.
"The games should finish up around 8pm," he said.
"Our clubhouse will be open throughout the day and into the night as well, with food and drinks on sale.
"We will also be hosting a charity auction, which features a signed NSW Waratahs jersey.
"I know the Heart Foundation relies on fundraising events like this for its funding, so it would be great to see a lot of people get behind it.
"We're hopeful to see a really big crowd turn out for it."
