The Bendemeer Bullet, and honorary Northern Inland Bolter, was in town in an ambassadorial role as part of the Plan B Regional Bash in Tamworth.
He conducted the coin toss before both the Bolter's men's and women's games at No.1 Oval on Saturday and helped run a junior blaster and master blasters clinic.
Inbetween the Australian fast bowler was kept busy signing autographs for hundreds of young cricket enthusiasts.
"Those things are always a lot of fun and it will be good to see the kids out having a go," Hazlewood said speaking with The Leader before the weekend.

His presence wasn't enough to get the Bolters over the line though with both losing their opening matches.
After playing his first game since Australia's Ashes triumph last Wednesday, Hazlewood is preparing to make his shield return in the Blues' clash with South Australia starting on Friday.
