The director of wild-west arena spectacular The Night of the Horse, Mr Manchon has to put together a smorgasbord of equine talent for one night only.
"Lots of training goes into these guys, there's so many disciplines as part of the Night of the Horse," he said.
"We've basically been able to bring together the best of the best and bring them together here in Tamworth."
Mr Manchon moved to Tamworth from the Gold Coast two years ago with his Rooftop Arena Show, before that he worked at the Outback Spectacular and did a stint with Network 10.
Highlights of the equine showcase are a choreographed dance with a dozen horses and riders, and a live performance from singer Emma Irene backed by horses and a fireworks show.
There's dressage champions, cow-horse champions, reigning champions and plenty more for families to enjoy, Mr Manchon said.
"I'm really, really thrilled," he said.
"I've been training towards this moment for the last 10 years.
"We're going to jump some horses and Brahman cattle, who look delicious by the way, onto the roof of a giant truck.
