Moree have beaten Pirates 22-5 in a sometimes dour second-grade grand final at Walcha on Saturday afternoon.
All the Bulls' points - bar a 71st-minute try to No 13 Brett Wright - were scored in the first half.
Pirates, who will feature in all four grand finals on Saturday, have lost their first two matches of the day. Their under-19s went down 31-24 to the Ram-Rats in the opening match.
The second grade, the Bulls' first try came via a pick and drive on Pirates' tryline by No.2 Will Burey. Nathan Porter converted: 7-0 with only a few minutes left in the half.
Moree winger Kale Van Dugteren then scooted over out wide on the siren and Porter added the extras: 14-0 to the Bulls.
The try was set up when Bulls No 4 Will Porter made a break deep into Pirates' half. The Bulls then spun the ball to the right for Van Dugteren to score.
Moree crossed for their third try when Wright showed good pace to score out wide from close range. Porter missed the conversion: 22-0.
Pirates No 18 Hayden Griffiths scored a late consolation try when he took a quick tap and barged over.
After Narrabri beat Moree 15-5 in last season's second-grade grand final, Bulls captain Sam Copeman said: "It's very satisfying for us [to win today] ... We've got the grand final experience. And I just knew if we got here, we'd be right."
