The new office will be opposite the Tamworth Square shopping complex, at 454-456 Peel Street.
The New England MP said the existing electorate office had been in use since 2002, and was inadequate to sufficiently meet the needs of constituents and staff in a contemporary setting.
"This will update working conditions to what is required and expected of a modern workplace," he said.
Mr Joyce said a number of recent security incidents also highlighted the need for a new office.
"Everyone should feel safe at their place of work and these new security measures will reflect what is already in place at parliamentary offices around the country," Mr Joyce said.
In November 2017, a bullet was sent to Mr Joyce's office with a threatening note. An elderly man was later arrested and charged.
The new office will be up and running by August 5. The phone number, email and mailing address will remain the same.
