Pirates trio Phoebe McLoughlin, Amy Raphael and Miah O'Sullivan, Narrabri's Lauren Nott and Glen Innes ' Amelia Tunemena, both of whom play for Inverell in the Central North competition, were named in the 31-strong squad on Sunday night.
It capped off a big week for Tunemena.

Earlier in the week she was named among the 42 players to face off in a possibles and probables trial in Glen Innes this Wednesday for the Group 19 side to defend their Greater Northern league tag title in Tamworth next month.
The quintet were the only Kookaburras to be named in either of the three Country squads, although former Inverell Highlander Brady Mather made the cut for the colts squad. He played outside centre for the victorious Newcastle-Hunter side at the championships.
In other selection news Tamworth duo Mitch Watts and Toby Maslen have been selected in the NSW junior rugby union under-18s number one side to face GPS thirds next week after starring for NSW Country in their 24-18 loss to City on the weekend.
